Making an appointment

If you already have a referral from a GP or specialist, please send it through.

If you don’t have a referral, please complete the details on our Contact page.

Rapid Assessment Service

We triage all requests immediately to fast-track your treatment. We will then call you to arrange an appointment. Appointments with our spinal GPs can be made without a referral.

Spinal Assessment

Your initial appointment comprises an expert spinal assessment to help us build an accurate diagnosis. This enables us to develop a treatment plan with you and ensure you have access to the experts you need.

What to bring

To get the most out of your appointment we ask that you bring any scans, x-rays or other relevant medical documentation.

We can see most scans online, however, if you have films please bring them with you.

We understand that appointments can be difficult, so you are welcome to bring a family member or friend for support. However, for the safety and comfort of all patients, we ask that only 1 support person attend the clinic with you.

If you have not already done so, please complete our Patient Information Sheet prior to your first visit.

Payment details

Payment varies according to the treatment you require. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions you may have about fees, payments, accounts and policies.

Injury Claims

We welcome patients who have current claims with WorkCover Australia and  RTWSA or have been involved in a motor vehicle accident.

When booking an appointment please supply your:

  • claim number
  • insurer’s name
  • claims manager’s full name and contact details
  • lawyer’s full name and contact details
  • employee’s name and contact details (for work injuries)
